From April 8 to 10, 2025, BAG-INTEL project partner PSI took part in the prestigious Passenger Terminal Expo & Conference hosted at IFEMA in Madrid, Spain – one of the world’s leading events for the airport and aviation industry.
With more than 1,750 senior professionals from airports, airlines, aviation authorities, and related sectors in attendance, the conference served as a key platform for innovation, collaboration, and exchange of ideas shaping the future of global air travel.
PSI represented BAG-INTEL at their corporate booth (9730), where they showcased the project’s objectives and progress to an international audience. Visitors to the booth had the chance to learn more about BAG-INTEL’s cutting-edge approach to enhancing customs operations through AI-powered solutions. Promotional materials were distributed throughout the event, sparking interest and conversations with stakeholders.
In addition, PSI gave a 15-minute presentation at the GATE-Alliance stand – a side event running alongside the main conference – where they highlighted BAG-INTEL, further boosting the project’s visibility within the airport innovation ecosystem.
